I've spent my career turning public sector conferences into demand machines — the kind that generate $250M in opportunity pipeline and 14,000+ MQLs across federal, state, and local audiences. I do it by caring about both the numbers and the experience. Those 1,200 donation kits we packed at ICMA? That wasn't fluff — it drove 1,182 C-suite MQLs and strengthened a $50K annual partnership.
